Can I bring food or beverages into the Festival?
Guest are permitted to bring up to two sealed non-alcoholic beverages per person (up to a total of 1 liter). Cans and glass bottles are not permitted on Festival grounds. Guests may bring one sma
What should I do in the event of an emergency on Festival grounds?
In the event of an emergency, information and instructions will be announced on stages and over the outdoor warning system.
~ In a suspension of operations, guests are encouraged to seek shelter at Dublin Coffman High School
~ In an evacuation, guests are required to leave the Festival grounds
In addition, First Aid stations staffed by the Washington Township Fire Department can be found at the Southwest and Southeast entrances.
What should I wear to the Festival?
Be sure to check the weather prior to coming to the Festival to determine appropriate attire, but most importantly, be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. If you’re fair-skinned, a hat and/or sunscreen may prove quite effective!

Can I exit and re-enter the Festival later in the day?
Absolutely! Same day re-entry to the Festival is available with a hand stamp at all Festival gates.
Is the Festival wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Festival is wheelchair accessible, just keep in mind that the Festival takes place in a park, so there is some grassy terrain, but the Festival is accessible via sidewalks, streets and there are plenty of curb-cuts.
What kind of guest services are available on Festival grounds?

ATM’s are available for guests’ convenience on the Festival grounds near each entrance.

First Aid Stations
A total of two First Aid stations staffed by the Washington Township Fire Department can be found at the Southwest and Southeast entrances.
Information / Volunteer Tent
For on-site questions, lost and found, or simply to learn more about the Italian Heritage Summer Festival, visit the Information / Volunteer tent found adjacent to the Dining Tent.
If I’ve lost something at the Festival, whom do I contact to see if it has been found?
Lost items may be turned in at the Festival Information / Volunteer Tent. Guests may complete a Lost Item Form so they may be contacted later in the event the item is found. All items will be kept for one month after the Festival. To inquire about lost items after the Festival, call 614.582.7366.
